When I was a junior in college, I took a basic photography course as an elective. I was hooked on photography from that moment on. After completing college, I attended a two year photography school in NC. In addition to working as a free lance photographer, I've worked as a photo lab manager, a camera store manager and a used photo equipment buyer for several camera retailers. I was also a staff photographer at the NC Museum of History in Raleigh. My work has appeared in publications on Virginia history.
